Thank you for participating in our car auctions. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent bidding experience. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy carefully before placing any bids.
No Returns on Auctioned Vehicles
All sales are final. Vehicles sold through our auction platform are non-returnable. We do not accept returns under normal circumstances. Bidders are responsible for inspecting and reviewing all vehicle details before placing a bid.
Sold “As-Is” Condition
All vehicles are sold in “as-is” condition, with no warranties or guarantees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the vehicle description, images, and any available reports prior to bidding.
Exchanges – Limited Exceptions
In very rare cases, we may consider an exchange only if:
The vehicle delivered is significantly different from the listing description.
There is a clear case of misrepresentation or a major undisclosed issue.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Such cases will be investigated thoroughly, and any exchange will be at our sole discretion.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe there is a problem with the vehicle you received, please contact our support team immediately. We will review your case and try to resolve the matter fairly.
Pre-Purchase Inspection Encouraged
To avoid any post-purchase concerns, we strongly recommend that all buyers conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle either physically or through a third-party before bidding.
