Shipping Timeline
Once full payment is received and confirmed, we will initiate the vehicle shipping process. Delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the buyer’s location and shipping availability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are not included in the auction price unless specifically mentioned. Charges will be calculated based on the delivery location, vehicle size, and preferred shipping method. You will be notified of the shipping charges before dispatch.

Delivery Process

• Vehicles are shipped using trusted logistics partners.

• A tracking number will be provided once the vehicle is dispatched.

• Delivery will be to the address provided during the checkout or auction registration.

Vehicle Pickup Option
Buyers may also choose to pick up their vehicle directly from our warehouse or the seller’s location. In such cases, no shipping fee is applicable. Proper identification and proof of payment will be required at the time of pickup.

Inspection Before Delivery
All vehicles are inspected before shipment. However, we recommend a final inspection upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the delivery partner and to our support team.
